3. Products & Services
- Custom Products: All custom magnets, photo prints, and personalised items are final sale and non-refundable.
4. Pricing & Billing
- All prices are listed in AUD.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.
5. Shipping & Lead Times
- Custom product turnaround times are noted on product pages.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Magnetic Image is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Refunds

- Certain products (custom-made items and gift cards) are not eligible for returns.
7. Accuracy of Information
